Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, document, and process insured requests for service to support timely completion to the insurance carrier.
  • •Execute proactive, trigger-based remarketing to retain and improve client accounts.
  • •Advocate for clients through the claims process, including claim submissions, adjuster engagement, and monitoring claim experience.
  • •Round out existing accounts by recommending and selling additional personal lines coverages or policies via outbound calls and correspondence.
  • •Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system and ensure deadlines are met through client consultations.

Key Requirements

  • •An associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years of insurance industry experience, including some management.
  • •Current insurance licensing (Life, Accident and Health, and/or Property and Casualty).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and organization skills.
  • •A valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally across the First Commonwealth footprint.
