•Build relationships with senior clinicians and other healthcare professionals, including physicians and lead nurses, across neurology, cardiology, and intensive care.
•Generate revenue across the full temperature management product portfolio, including systems, accessories, and consumables.
•Collaborate with other Zoll functions, especially defibrillators & ventilation sales teams, to leverage the complete product and service offering.
•Manage the sales pipeline effectively in Salesforce to track opportunities and processes.
•Handle complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction and participate in trade shows and congresses to network and present temperature management solutions.
