Job Summary

Support the Office of Allianz’s CTO and Transformation Officer by preparing senior-leadership decision papers, briefings, and presentation materials. Take ownership of scoped sub-projects by coordinating inputs across teams and technology partners, then tracking follow-up and reporting. Help research, document, and monitor AI pilots and agentic use cases as part of the organization’s AI transformation. Work closely with executive assistants and senior stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft and refine decision papers, briefings, and presentations for board-level audiences.
•Own end-to-end sub-projects, coordinating inputs across internal teams, product leads, and external technology partners through follow-up and reporting.
•Research, document, and track AI pilots and agentic use cases, supporting strategic technology partnerships.
•Work closely with senior leadership, potentially joining C-level and board-relevant discussions to support preparation and follow-up.
•Take on a tailored task portfolio based on strengths and learning objectives while gradually taking on more responsibility.

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (final stage) or any stage of a Master’s program (Business Administration, Business Informatics, STEM, or related) with strong academic record.
