•Coordinate end-to-end delivery for safety product development, account integrity, identity, anti-abuse detection, and moderation operations.
•Establish consistent standards for tracking product roadmap initiatives, investigation findings, mitigation tasks, and infrastructure adjustments to improve operational hygiene.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with analysts, PMs, and engineers to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of abuse investigations from detection to mitigation and follow-ups.
•Identify inter-team dependencies and drive launch readiness, coordinating strategic alignment, risk management, and communication models for successful delivery.
•Build frameworks to drive operational excellence and close gaps through refinements that preserve high-velocity team culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably within Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Security domains.
•Hands-on experience with high-scale backend systems and distributed architectures, and managing complex technical dependencies.
•Proven ability to seamlessly integrate into existing team workflows and build trust through collaboration.
•Demonstrated success in cultivating cross-functional relationships and influencing outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with thoughtful, entrepreneurial execution.
•Expert-level proficiency in managing cross-functional projects using Jira
