Job Summary

Own system and process improvements for freight forwarding Air & Ocean products, acting as the primary interface between Product teams and IT. Lead integrations for newly acquired companies, translate business needs into IT developments and business requests, and support solution design and gap identification. Optimize processes, train superusers, support transition to the standard TMS, and coordinate UATs and localization of procedures and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary interface between Air and Ocean Product teams and IT for operating systems, processes, and enhancements or user requirements.
•Lead business integration activities for newly acquired companies and collaborate with PMI teams.
•Drive solution design for Air & Ocean Freight systems to support integration of new entities.
•Translate business needs into IT developments by preparing business request forms and identifying system gaps.
•Deliver training to superusers, coordinate UATs for standard TiAB, and review/adjust procedures and training materials for local needs.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or regulated supply chain environments, with strong knowledge of Air & Ocean processes and TMS systems.
•Solid background in logistics and technology/IT, including program or project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
•Ability to translate business needs into system requirements with strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience with process engineering, continuous improvement methodologies, and performance management.
•Fluency in English (Dutch or French an asset) and willingness to travel internationally (20–30%).
