Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs’ service model and engaging with customers in-store.
  • •Collaborate with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
  • •Assist in all store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, presentation, stockroom) to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • •Stay informed about current product collaborations and brand initiatives and share knowledge with customers to elevate engagement.
