  • •Troubleshoot hardware issues down to circuit card assembly, server, switch, and/or component levels, including analog/digital/power circuitry and interfaces.
  • •Perform technical evaluations of hardware, categorize failures, and disposition failing hardware in a timely manner.
  • •Partner to develop test equipment and establish test requirements and procedures.
  • •Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities while communicating status updates to program leadership.
  • •Travel periodically (up to 25%) to support in-person meetings and system integration efforts across facilities, suppliers, and customer sites.

Key Requirements
