Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently identify and develop profitable new client relationships using referral sources and centers of influence.
  • •Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
  • •Collaborate with internal product partners to analyze client/prospect needs and create tailored relationship strategies.
  • •Meet regularly with customers to strengthen trusted-advisor relationships and ensure business needs are met.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of Commercial Banking experience with at least 5 years of sales experience (preferred).
  • •Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required; underwriting experience preferred.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • •Proven track record building new and existing client business, partnering with investment bankers, and providing strategic advice.
  • •Strong business acumen including detailed analysis and review of financial statements and accounting principles; proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (CRM tools preferred).
