Lead TikTok’s Youth Safety & Well-being Policy team within Trust & Safety. Key Responsibilities

•Own global policy strategy for Youth Safety & Well-being, including CSAM, age-inappropriate content, and psychological/developmental harm.
•Develop policy positions that address youth harms and ensure standards are clear, enforceable, and aligned with international child protection frameworks and legal obligations.
•Shape youth-specific approaches to feature and product policy, including account defaults, recommendations, parental controls, and interaction features.
•Represent TikTok externally as a senior public voice on youth safety policy through conferences, media, and forums with child protection and civil society stakeholders.
•Partner with Policy Enforcement, Operations, and Product to develop and improve human- and AI-driven moderation systems.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Child Protection Policy, Public Policy, Law, Prevention Science, Social Work, or a related field focused on child/adolescent safety.
•Ability to lead and manage teams, set strategic direction, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced global environment.
•Deep understanding of youth online harm landscape, including CSAM, harmful content, and developmental risks for this age group.
•Familiarity with international child protection laws and child rights frameworks (e.g., UNCRC), including mandatory reporting obligations (e.g., NCMEC).
•Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with product, technical, legal, and operational teams.
