Key Responsibilities

  • •Deepen knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SecOps).
  • •Understand business processes and market best practices (ITIL, Security, Standards, Project Management) and obtain platform/applicative certifications.
  • •Analyze client needs and guide them on technical solutions offered by the company, especially on ServiceNow.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of core ServiceNow processes (ITSM, HR, ITO, SecOps, ITBM, SPM).
  • •Support presales activities and contribute to drafting technical responses and bids.

Key Requirements

  • •Have studied technical disciplines; bachelor's degree or diploma in scientific/information technologies preferred.
  • •Excellent knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, Java, SOAP Webservice, API Programming Java.
  • •CSA certification and specialization in one or more Application Modules.
  • •Strong teamwork and client communication skills; ability to understand client needs and offer technical solutions.
