Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the Enterprise Readiness customer experience end to end by partnering with GTM and Enterprise Engineering to make “enterprise-ready” a platform-wide capability.
  • •Define the product vision and roadmap for regulated customers, including deployment models, compliance posture, identity and access, billing, and spend controls.
  • •Serve as the enterprise customer voice by turning deal-blocking requirements from sales and FDE into product capabilities that reduce one-off exceptions.
  • •Create a complete Baseten Enterprise Product offering by packaging deployment options, compliance posture, access/security controls, and billing/spend controls.
  • •Establish operational rigor and roadmap prioritization so Baseten stays ahead of customer requirements instead of reacting to them.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in product management with deep enterprise or B2B infrastructure experience in security, compliance, identity, networking, or billing.
  • •Shipped enterprise readiness capabilities, including multi-cloud and multi-region deployments, SSO/RBAC, SOC 2/HIPAA, VPC/PrivateLink, and usage-based billing.
  • •Strong credibility with security, compliance, and procurement buyers and with the engineers who build the solutions.
