Sourcing Specialist, Contracts (Starlink)

Negotiate and manage Starlink’s contracts for ground infrastructure, including colocation, land leases, construction and installation, maintenance, and connectivity services. Work with engineering, legal, finance, and operations to align terms with technical and regulatory requirements across countries. Perform risk assessments and vendor due diligence to reduce supply chain disruption while ensuring compliance with ITAR, FAR, and internal policies. Drive contract standardization and develop new contract vehicles to scale services globally.
