Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed services for assigned clients, ensuring contract compliance, SLA adherence, and high quality service outcomes. Act as the primary client contact for inquiries, escalations, and feedback, while understanding client business objectives to tailor services. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, monitor satisfaction and contract performance, manage service delivery projects, and support profitability through account planning, billing oversight, and opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure client satisfaction by delivering services according to service definitions and SLAs.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
•Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client issues and incidents promptly.
•Monitor and assess client satisfaction regularly and take proactive measures to improve service quality.
•Develop account plans and manage implementation of new services, upgrades, and client projects, including risk mitigation and reporting contract performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
•Seasoned demonstrated experience in a managed services and/or support services environment.
•Seasoned demonstrated experience in managed services service delivery and client management, including meeting SLA and quality standards.
•Seasoned demonstrated experience in service delivery alignment with contractual agreements and compliance requirements.
•Relevant ITIL certification preferred; relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
