Key Responsibilities

•Carry out repairs (reactive and pre-planned) to required standard and within SLA deadlines.
•Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers.
•Ensure Health & Safety of yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
•Coordinate with the team to manage workflows and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
•Travel within the region and occasionally within the UK to cover maintenance needs.

Salary: GBP 30,000

Key Requirements

•Full UK driving licence is essential; vehicle and tools are provided.
•Previous maintenance experience in joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting & decorating, etc.

•Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK; on-call duties on a rota basis (every 8-10 weeks).
•Health & Safety responsibility for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
