•Break down larger projects into individual tasks with team leads and managers, delivering in multiple phases and coordinating with others for timely delivery.
•Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to articulate technical constraints and trade-offs during ideation and decisions.
•Support the operations and availability of team artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating issues, and participating in on-call efforts.
•Contribute to team growth and development through activities such as participating in the interview process and peer feedback.
•Write clear, well-tested, and extensible code to solve simple business problems by integrating multiple software components.
