•Own the cross-sell funnel end to end, improving metrics and reducing drop-offs from offer to funding.
•Determine who gets offered what and when using customer data and eligibility signals, ensuring improvements in conversion and value.
•Design, ship, and analyze cross-sell experiments to decide what to scale and what to fix next.
•Make cross-sell journeys seamless by identifying bugs, tracking gaps and friction, and partnering with engineers to measure cleanly.
•Help increase the number of declined customers who get funded, iterating based on feature performance (click rates, activation, drawdown, value per visit).
