Key Responsibilities

•Complete telephone, mail-away, and face-to-face loan applications and approve loan disclosures for distribution to clients.
•Determine correct program placement for loan files (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, etc.).
•Price loans and lock rates per company policy, and review returned applications/documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
•Run AUS and review findings and required documentation; prepare pre-qualifications per company policy and order credit reports, appraisals, and title requests.
•Maintain applicant communication and track the loan pipeline to meet contractual deadlines, working with the assigned Processor and attending settlements.

Key Requirements

•NMLS registration required.
•0-2 years of mortgage or financial services experience preferred (or equivalent history if approved by the Sales Manager).
•Ability to complete loan applications with required fields and third-party information prior to approval.
•Willingness to learn mortgage products and underwriting guidelines, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Self-motivated, able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
