Job Summary

Support Bupa members by coordinating operational healthcare services end to end. Serve as the main contact for timely information on topics like pre-authorization, reimbursement claims, and Tebtom/hospital delegate services. Key Responsibilities

•Manage members’ end-to-end experience by coordinating operational functions to deliver services on time across every touchpoint.
•Proactively propose and facilitate Tebtom and other core healthcare services aligned to members’ current medical needs.
•Act as the main point of contact for timely member information (e.g., pre-authorization, reimbursement claims, hospital delegate services).
•Collaborate with cross-functional service leaders to customize healthcare services for the targeted population and assess post-service feedback.
•Monitor and report PCC KPIs progress using dashboards, prepare leadership presentations and monthly retention updates, and lead Kaizen tracking and risk escalation/mitigation.

Key Requirements

•Operate independently on member cases including reimbursement claims, pre-authorization, commercial approval requests, and membership/benefits coverage.
•Have working knowledge of HCO/Tebtom and international/POC services.
•Provide highly customer-focused service to Bupa members with excellent service orientation.
•Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms to convey issues and information.
•Preferably have a healthcare background and be comfortable handling inbound/outbound member calls including weekends/holidays.
