Key Responsibilities

•Guide department managers in labor utilization strategies to adapt to production demands and deadlines.
•Oversee development and implementation of companywide policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to safety standards and GMPs.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and CI teams to reduce downtime and optimize plant layouts and startup/shutdown planning for new lines.
•Assist with annual operating budgets, cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis to meet corporate financial goals.
•Support R&D, HR, and production teams to drive continuous improvement and reduce indirect and fixed costs across the plant.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,300 - 237,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
•Prior plant management experience
•5+ years leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
