Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts, building a system to track, prioritize, and keep requests moving.
  • •Translate customer pain and requirements into shipped products, synthesizing inputs across accounts into a coherent product direction.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software, with a record of owning a product area and shipping outcomes from customer input.
  • •Experience working directly with named strategic enterprise accounts and leading products from customer requirements through shipped iterations.
  • •Hands-on security domain knowledge with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or security operations platforms, and credibility discussing detection engineering, log ingestion, correlation rules, threat hunting, and compliance use cases.
  • •Ability to run a structured enhancement request pipeline across multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously, including building tracking systems from limited prior documentation.
  • •Comfort serving as the primary product voice with C-suite/VP stakeholders and communicating difficult roadmap decisions while maintaining relationships.
