•Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations based on clients’ needs.
•Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.8 - 22.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment, with the ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships.
•Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
