Branch Leader - Missouri Ave

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and team management while executing business development strategies. Own branch revenue growth across small business and mass affluent segments using client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and ethics requirements, and manage human capital decisions including hiring and performance reviews. May also support teller transactions as needed.
