Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the operational rhythm and business performance management for EMEA Education, including weekly/monthly/quarterly outlook processes.
  • •Provide sales analytics, performance reporting, and executive-ready forecasting narratives while representing EMEA on global outlook calls.
  • •Drive pipeline excellence by establishing inspection cadences, ensuring CRM and pipeline data quality, and improving forecasting rigour.
  • •Build and continuously improve scalable processes, removing manual work and driving automation using Agentic AI.
  • •Support planning and operational programme management, including territory planning, quota setting, compensation queries, and adoption of tools and operating rhythms.
