Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, drive, and participate in execution of business control testing activities.
  • •Deliver control testing results transparently and accurately, ensuring testing deliverables meet quality standards.
  • •Identify and publish control testing findings by identifying key risks and issues, applying critical judgment.
  • •Provide expertise and guidance on control testing across CCO, including compliance with GCCOO methodology.
  • •Support preparation of testing reports, track follow-up actions from testing/review work, and escalate when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of controls testing experience in the financial services industry or process assessment experience.
  • •Demonstrable knowledge of management, internal control, or internal audit, preferably in financial/banking operations.
  • •Fluent English with strong writing skills.
  • •Knowledge of SOX and non-SOX control testing, including automated control testing (BACs).
  • •Risk qualifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) are desirable.
