Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead programs and projects from ideation through implementation, defining scope, approaches, and success outcomes.
  • •Develop project charters and comprehensive work plans with milestones, dependencies, and ongoing task status tracking.
  • •Proactively manage risks and propose risk-mitigation strategies to ensure milestones are met.
  • •Align cross-functional partners on priorities and tradeoffs, and translate complex program status into clear executive communications.
  • •Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities and deliverables, including stakeholder analysis and training plans.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of project or program management, planning, and implementing complex systems impacting multiple processes and teams.
  • •3+ years focused on finance and accounting processes and systems within a global enterprise.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (business or finance preferred).
  • •Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • •Experience with modern PMO tooling (Smartsheet, Coda, Airtable or similar) and comfort with AI-assisted workflows and productivity tools.
