Job Summary

Drive cross-Finance program planning and execution within the Finance PMO, leading projects from ideation through implementation. Define scope and success outcomes, build charters and work plans, manage milestones, risks, and change management deliverables, and translate program status into clear executive communications. Partner with engineering, product, and Finance leaders across global teams to optimize finance processes, technology, and data for efficiency, insights, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead programs and projects from ideation through implementation, defining scope, approaches, and success outcomes.
•Develop project charters and comprehensive work plans with milestones, dependencies, and ongoing task status tracking.
•Proactively manage risks and propose risk-mitigation strategies to ensure milestones are met.
•Align cross-functional partners on priorities and tradeoffs, and translate complex program status into clear executive communications.
•Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities and deliverables, including stakeholder analysis and training plans.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 215,000 - 340,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of project or program management, planning, and implementing complex systems impacting multiple processes and teams.
•3+ years focused on finance and accounting processes and systems within a global enterprise.
•Bachelor’s degree required (business or finance preferred).
•Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
•Experience with modern PMO tooling (Smartsheet, Coda, Airtable or similar) and comfort with AI-assisted workflows and productivity tools.
