Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and run the hiring process end-to-end (sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing).
  • •Build hiring processes and infrastructure from scratch, including interview loops, scorecards, pipelines, and candidate tracking.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to define roles, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles across functions.
  • •Lead international hiring across the US, EU, and UK as the company expands.
  • •Build and maintain hiring metrics and use hiring data to identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Have several years of experience running hiring at a startup, ideally early-stage or high-growth.
  • •Have personally hired a meaningful number of people and can own the full recruiting process end-to-end.
  • •Have built hiring processes and recruiting operations from scratch, including interview loops and hiring infrastructure.
  • •Have experience hiring across multiple functions (GTM, Operations, Research, Product, and Engineering) and internationally.
  • •Be highly data-driven and comfortable tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics.
