Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate stakeholder, user, product, and regulatory needs into clear, testable, feasible, and traceable system and software requirements across the development lifecycle.
  • •Define, analyze, review, and maintain software requirements across functional, interface, performance, reliability, safety, security, serviceability, and error-handling needs.
  • •Collaborate with software architects and development teams to translate system intent into software architecture, software design, interfaces, and integration strategies.
  • •Coordinate system decomposition, partitioning, and allocation of requirements to subsystems and software items to ensure consistency and completeness.
  • •Support Agile development by managing product backlog and contributing to sprint planning, design reviews, acceptance discussions, and issue/compliance closure through structured investigation and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering/software engineering, system design, software design, or system integration.
  • •Experience in requirements engineering, technical issue investigation, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in Agile environments.
  • •Familiarity with IEC 62304, design controls, and traceability; knowledge of AI-assisted engineering practices such as Harness Engineering is desirable.
  • •Experience in regulated product development or medical software / quality-critical domains is preferred.
