Key Responsibilities

•Set the integrated marketing strategy and run the six-week sprint cadence with the CMO and MLT, deciding what industries and programs are in scope and using data-backed insights for commercial planning.
•Lead, develop, and coach six direct reports across Integrated Marketing, Partner Marketing and Experiential.
•Co-own marketing KPIs with Brand & Growth and Product Marketing, shaping industry packs and translating field signals into program priorities and outcomes.
•Set the operating model for AI fluency to ensure fast, high-quality marketing across priority industries.
•Own the integrated marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue, reporting on KPIs and adjusting strategies each sprint.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Significant B2B integrated marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technology, with a track record of moving pipeline rather than just producing assets.
•Proven ability to build and develop high-performing senior IC teams.
•Comfortable moving between strategy and execution, able to set direction, write briefs, and ship programs.
•Strong commercial instinct with the ability to discuss numbers with senior leadership and CROs.
•Proficient with AI tools and data dashboards to inform decisions and measure impact.
