Job Summary

Leader of the Earth & Environment function within the Global Capability Centre, responsible for strategic growth, operational excellence, and expansion across international markets. Manages GCC Manila teams, collaborates with global stakeholders, drives revenue growth, and mentors high-performing teams while overseeing project delivery, HSSE focus, and organizational development.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and direction to Earth & Environment GCC Manila teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve GCC Growth goals.
•Oversee Project Delivery and Support to ensure Administrative and Commercial support for Earth & Environment’s Project Managers and Leaders.
•Coordinate Operational Management activities including HSSE Standdown, Quarterly Business Reviews, and MEPC Program, while monitoring FTE growth, backlog and pipeline.
•Drive Work Winning through account management support, pipeline tracking, pricing support and marketing/communications to strengthen WSP position in Earth & Environment markets.
•Oversee Financial Performance, profitability, and reporting on expenses, performance, and market position.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
•12+ years of experience in operations, project management, management or strategy with at least 8 years in a leadership role within a project based consultancy market.
•Proven success in driving global expansion and achieving revenue growth in international markets.
•Deep understanding of global business practices, including experience working with diverse cultures, legal regulations, and international sales cycles.
•Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams; exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
