Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance projects, including watermains, sewers, forcemains, pump stations, trunk sewers, and large-diameter pipelines.
  • •Develop and review engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and design submissions.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across structural, geotechnical, environmental, mechanical, electrical, drafting, inspection, and support disciplines.
  • •Provide construction-phase technical support including shop drawing reviews, RFI responses, site visits, contractor coordination, and issue resolution.
  • •Provide technical leadership through QA/QC review and mentorship for junior engineers, designers, and technologists.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 95,000 - 130,800

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Professional Engineer designation in Ontario, or eligibility for registration with Professional Engineers Ontario.
  • •7+ years of relevant experience in municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience planning, designing, and delivering pipelines, watermains, sewers, forcemains, pump stations, and related conveyance infrastructure.
  • •Strong ability to prepare and review design reports, contract drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and client deliverables.
