Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of AllianzGI’s global information security programme, including policies, standards, frameworks, processes, and toolsets.
  • •Conduct security architecture and governance reviews for systems, applications, and initiatives, including solutions using cloud-native services, analytics, or AI-enabled components.
  • •Perform threat modelling and support the design/refinement of preventive and detective security controls.
  • •Prepare, moderate, and contribute to information security governance forums and provide structured reporting on risks and control effectiveness to senior management and governance bodies.
  • •Serve as a regional point of contact for auditors and partners, supporting audit activities and harmonising information security governance practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong foundation in information security management, including governance, risk management, and security architecture in a regulated environment.
  • •Knowledge of information security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001/27005, NIST CSF) and relevant financial-services regulations (DORA, NIS2).
  • •Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical, auditable security controls and governance processes.
  • •Hands-on experience developing actionable security policies, guidelines, operating procedures, and control testing methodologies, including threat modelling.
  • •Proficiency in English; additional language skills (German, Mandarin, Cantonese) are a plus.
