Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop opportunities for HTS cable across power distribution, data centers, maritime, defense, and emerging industrial sectors.
  • •Build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, OEMs, EPCs, shipyards, and government programs.
  • •Lead the early sales cycle from technical introduction through requirements gathering, scoping, and pilot deployments.
  • •Translate customer needs into clear engineering requirements and work with the technical team to shape product direction.
  • •Represent Maritime Fusion at conferences, customer meetings, site visits, and government/industry roundtables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Comfort translating complex technical ideas into clear value propositions for customers and decision makers.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with executives, engineers, procurement teams, and government stakeholders.
  • •A track record of identifying new markets or partnerships and moving them from idea to opportunity.
  • •Familiarity with energy systems, electrification, industrial power, defense, maritime systems, or superconducting technologies is a plus but not required.
  • •A proactive approach, willingness to dive into ambiguity, and genuine excitement for building real hardware with real customers.
