Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commercialization efforts to scope new business opportunities across the Hydration Platform within the HDM business unit.
  • •Scope and execute large capital investments to enable innovation or deliver bottom-line savings.
  • •Conduct feasibility assessments and develop business cases for scoping requests, including supply-chain impact (e.g., route to market, capacity utilization, DIOH, efficiency, quality, safety).
  • •Develop preliminary COGS and financial targets, aligning category teams and operations, and support productivity cost-reduction initiatives.
  • •Partner across business units and functions to develop a 3-year strategic capacity plan, manage governance forums, and provide indirect leadership to commercialization leads and the PCM organization.
