Build business cases and feasibility assessments, define supply-chain impacts, and develop a 3-year strategic capacity plan while partnering across functions and governance forums.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead commercialization efforts to scope new business opportunities across the Hydration Platform within the HDM business unit.
•Scope and execute large capital investments to enable innovation or deliver bottom-line savings.
•Conduct feasibility assessments and develop business cases for scoping requests, including supply-chain impact (e.g., route to market, capacity utilization, DIOH, efficiency, quality, safety).
•Develop preliminary COGS and financial targets, aligning category teams and operations, and support productivity cost-reduction initiatives.
•Partner across business units and functions to develop a 3-year strategic capacity plan, manage governance forums, and provide indirect leadership to commercialization leads and the PCM organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,200 - 205,200 annually

•3+ years of plant manufacturing experience.
