Job Summary

Build and run an internal engineering platform that improves reliability and accelerates delivery. You’ll design observability and incident-management capabilities, create automation for provisioning and CI/CD workflows, and administer GitHub Enterprise environments and standards. Partner with teams to define SLOs/SLIs and drive root-cause improvements after production incidents. Improve system resilience, scalability, and developer self-service using GitHub-based automation and tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for platform reliability and performance.
•Develop and improve automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment pipelines, and operational processes.
•Administer and optimize GitHub Enterprise environments, including repository management, access controls, and branch protection policies.
•Define and measure SLOs, SLIs, and reliability metrics with engineering teams.
•Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive post-incident improvements to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

•BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
•Minimum 6+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
•Strong experience with GitHub Enterprise, including repos, orgs, actions, integrations, and access controls.
•Advanced hands-on knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
•Experience building and running CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions ideally), plus solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
