Key Responsibilities

•Map, document, and standardize the end-to-end commercial lifecycle with crisp stages and hand-offs across functions.
•Design repeatable playbooks for revenue and value streams, including margin expansion, supplier-funded discounts, marketing campaigns, sponsored listings, and renewals.
•Own the business design of Salesforce and supporting commercial tools, engineering automated workflows in partnership with Salesforce experts.
•Build a single source of truth by integrating Salesforce with Jira and BI tools like Looker to centralize accounts, opportunities, contracts, and campaigns.
•Design and govern a unified sales incentive framework, automate compensation validation, and develop executive dashboards to prove financial impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 219,000 - 249,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
•At least 6 years of sales operations or process management experience.
•5+ years of Salesforce experience.
•Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce architectures that scale.
•Navigate matrixed organizations and build alignment across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Sales.
