Virta Nurse Practitioner Team Leader

Lead and mentor a team of 10–12 nurse practitioners in Virta’s virtual care model, coaching clinicians to achieve clinical, operational, and engagement goals. Reporting to the Director of Provider Operations, you’ll oversee quality and outcomes, run performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement using performance data. You’ll also maintain a small patient panel (0.2 FTE) and help implement new programs, workflows, and organizational initiatives to improve member care.
