Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, execute, and continuously refine the global operating cadence, including Operating Council, Steering Council, Monthly Business Reviews, leadership calls, and seller forums.
  • •Convert oCFO strategic priorities into integrated cross-functional roadmaps, workstreams, decision logs, and risk-mitigation frameworks.
  • •Create a single-source-of-truth “state of the business” view for pipeline, coverage, bookings, forecast accuracy, quota attainment, productivity, and seller capacity.
  • •Partner with Revenue Insights and GTM Systems to govern and enhance data products (e.g., Sigma, Adaptive Planning) and deliver role-based insights.
  • •Instill systems and data governance across core platforms (Salesforce, Clari, Xactly) and drive AI/automation opportunities to improve seller productivity and forecasting precision.

Salary: USD 184,800 - 277,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy Consulting in high-growth SaaS or complex enterprise software environments.
  • •Proven ability to take operating strategies from Design through Continuous Improvement using iterative planning and measurement.
  • •Experience building and running executive-level cadences such as Operating Councils and QBRs/MBRs.
  • •Expert capability to synthesize performance, pipeline, capacity, and operational datasets into clear decisions and executive narratives.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (advanced degree noted).
