Provide personalized investment advice to build, deepen, and retain client relationships. •Set the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase assets under management, sales, and service.
•Develop and maintain a profitable level of securities and insurance sales through external networking and internal referrals.
•Use a consultative sales process to partner with clients and regularly review investment plans.
•Lead overall client relationship management strategies and ensure required records and files are completed to meet regulatory policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
•FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66).

•Securities sales and client relationship management experience.
•Organized, self-motivated with strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
