Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of store processes including payroll management, scheduling, merchandise flow, inventory control, and visual presentation.
  • •Drive store sales and profitability using company tools while providing a comprehensive, supportive approach to leading a team.
  • •Plan and execute store projects such as visual merchandising plans, new product launches, and in-store events.
  • •Create lifelong customers by delivering exceptional customer experiences and identifying customer pursuits.
  • •Provide leadership and coaching through product education, timely feedback, talent identification, and succession planning; mitigate loss risk by partnering with Loss Prevention and following company policies.

Salary: USD 64,848 - 81,060 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of related experience.
  • •At least 3 years of retail store management experience in a specialty retail environment.
  • •Experience managing $2M+ sales volume per year in store revenue.
  • •Experience in implementing new technology and processes to increase profitability.
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
