Develop market share for Engineered Refurbishment by building relationships with contractors, consultants, local authorities, and asset owners. Learn to identify, qualify, and convert project opportunities through specification and commercial engagement, while gaining technical product expertise across concrete repair, grouting, anchoring, waterproofing, and protective coatings. Work alongside experienced sales and technical colleagues on major infrastructure and refurbishment projects, building skills in sales planning, customer development, and project management.
