Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach the customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Advocate for and assist store management with training and coaching staff on LS&CO selling practices and authentic customer service.

  • •Support operational excellence by getting products to the floor, supporting store operations, and visual merchandising.
