DDP Installation Customer Engineer

Serve as the direct customer liaison to install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor/display equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues, and perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service, collaborating with senior field service engineers for guidance and training.
