Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate equipment and perform routine production tasks as the Runner Operator.
  • •Provide support and relieve production/release operators across wet blending, packaging, liquid receiving, fermentation, spray drying, and powder packaging.
  • •Train production operators on new and existing practices; assist with orientation and development of new team members.
  • •Monitor and run setpoints to achieve QC-approved products with optimal yields; recommend changes to improve efficiency.
  • •Follow sanitation and GMP procedures; operate forklift and aerial lifts; maintain records and assist other operators as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •None required, with preference for 2+ years’ experience in food production environments and/or key departments.
  • •Ability to be fully trained in fermentation, wet blending, liquid receiving, and spray drying positions within one year.
  • •Ability to work alone and in close cooperation with production personnel, solving complex problems logically.
  • •Ability to work safely and follow GMP program and sanitation manual procedures.
