Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key talents across levels.
  • •Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiating or optimizing projects to improve recruiting process efficiency with TA partners.
  • •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
  • •Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate for ByteDance as a place to work.

Key Requirements
