Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide professional, service-oriented support to employees with HR-related questions
  • •Support managers with HR administration and personnel-related matters
  • •Handle employment contracts, contractual changes, and other personnel documentation
  • •Work with HR systems to ensure employee data is correct and up to date
  • •Contribute to recruitment and parts of the payroll process, and prepare HR reports and statistics

Key Requirements

  • •Academic degree in HR/PA or an equivalent relevant education
  • •At least 2–3 years’ experience in a broad HR role across multiple HR areas
  • •Experience with HR administration and HR systems, e.g., SuccessFactors and/or Spiris
  • •Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • •Good digital proficiency and interest in improving and optimizing administrative HR processes
