Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute store retail strategies and local market approach, using business trends and KPI-driven decision-making to support sales-driving initiatives.
  • •Lead and develop the store team through performance management, training, consistent coaching, and growth and accountability practices.
  • •Oversee sales, service, operations, and visual managers to ensure execution of key operational and visual guidelines.
  • •Champion strong salesfloor visual standards using business performance data and support an efficient, safe work environment.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional business partners, act as a brand ambassador, and implement effective in-store communication strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven leadership experience in retail or a related industry.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment and drive business in a fast-paced setting.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, and move safely up/down ladders, and stand and move for an entire shift.
