•Own the CX Analytics Engineering roadmap by turning requests from cross-functional teams into a prioritized backlog scoped by impact, regulatory urgency, and capacity.
•Drive execution across data model builds, pipeline development, dashboard delivery, and regulatory reporting workstreams while ensuring timelines and quality.
•Build and automate project management processes to reduce operational overhead and improve efficiency.
•Partner with CX Operations leadership, Compliance, and Data/Platform Engineering to resolve pipeline dependencies and ensure regulatory reporting accuracy.
•Implement testing, monitoring, and documentation standards (data contracts, alerting, quality checks) and use AI-assisted workflows to compress speed-to-insight.

•7+ years of experience in technical program management, including at least 3 years supporting data engineering, analytics, or data platform teams in a regulated environment.
•Own and prioritize a technical roadmap across multiple concurrent workstreams while balancing stakeholder needs, engineering capacity, and regulatory requirements.
•Be fluent in the modern data stack (Snowflake, Airflow, Looker/Superset, dbt) and engage technically on data modeling, pipeline architecture, and data quality frameworks.
•Create operational leverage through process automation, tooling improvements, and structured program management that frees engineering teams for high-value delivery.
•Drive alignment across 10+ cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering) and manage trade-offs across distributed ownership.
