Create and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, results, and reports, to ensure reliable releases across an enterprise software ecosystem. Test and verify new and existing functionality—covering functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX—while executing test cases, tracking bugs, and reporting progress to stakeholders. Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and developers to improve test execution in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and continuously improve test execution to ensure transparency and efficiency in the QA process.
•Identify positive and negative test conditions from user stories, backlog items, and technical documentation.
•Execute test cases, document results, track bugs, and report progress to stakeholders.
•Support testing of new and existing software updates and maintain/develop test cases over time.
•Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, process architects, project management, third-party providers, and developers to ensure release quality.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software testing experience with strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
•Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing.
•Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools such as Microsoft ADO, Jira, or Zephyr.
•Experience using browser DevTools for debugging and network inspection.
•Experience working with databases (SQL) and Microsoft desktop productivity tools (MS-Office, MS Teams).
