Procurement Operations Coordinator

Coordinate manufacturer return recovery activities within the Procurement organization by monitoring debit memos, deductions, chargebacks, and outstanding balances. Research and compile documentation to recover funds, dispute denied claims when appropriate, and track items from identification through resolution. Partner with Procurement, Accounting, distribution centers, and manufacturers to resolve discrepancies, maintain policy documentation, and improve recovery tracking tools and SOPs.
