Partner Development Manager to lead strategic Financial Services partnerships and GTM initiatives for Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud. You will recruit and manage high-performing partners, shape go-to-market plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption of Snowflake’s Financial Services products in a fast-growing ecosystem.

•Create and execute strategic plans focused on acquiring new Financial Services partners and products
•Contribute to strategic planning of the Financial Services Data Cloud Products (DCP) industry team
•Develop and manage a portfolio of high-performing partners
•Engage with current customers to drive adoption of Financial Services products
•Work cross-functionally with Sales, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,200 - 216,825 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of industry experience in business development, partnership/alliances or sales
•Background in Financial Services and/or fintech with knowledge of ecosystem DAAS and application providers
•Strong verbal and executive presentation skills
•Deep understanding of business and financial metrics
•Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
